Dear Customers of Bratts,
Amid the panic surrounding COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, we want to alert our customers to the procedures we are carrying out to ensure that you can continue to visit our stores and coffee shop. The Bratts team are taking the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously, and are making customer safety our first priority.
Following the advice and protocols issued by the Government and World Health Organisation, we are keeping our stores and coffee shop a safe environment, with the highest hygiene standards. Our coffee shop has the top hygiene rating, and all of our staff are highly trained to ensure the cleanliness and disinfection of our premises daily.
We have hand washing policies in place to ensure our staff regularly clean their hands to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our stores. We are educating staff on how to detect Coronavirus symptoms within themselves, so they can self-isolate early and protect our customers.
Hygiene has, and always will be, of high importance to us here at Bratts. We are dedicated to continuing to provide a service to our local communities while also protecting our customer base from this outbreak.
Local communities, high street stores and small businesses need the support of one another now more than ever. If we let it, Coronavirus will leave a lasting negative impact on businesses, and the mental health and happiness of our community.
